Two years. No receipt needed.
You bought these in a shop on the island, or here on solful.co. Either way they are ours. Register them and they are covered for two years against manufacturing defects.
No receipt. No proof of purchase. No box. Registering this card is the proof — that is the whole point of it. Most brands ask you to keep a piece of paper for two years. We would rather ask you for thirty seconds now.

If something breaks
Email warranty@solful.co with a photo of the fault and the address you registered with.
Do not post the sunglasses back to us. We do not need them returned and you should not pay to send them anywhere. If it is a manufacturing fault, we send you a new pair.
We replace rather than repair. If the exact colourway you had is no longer available we will offer you the closest one we have, or another model at the same price.
What is covered
The full list — what we cover, and what we do not
Covered:
- Hinges — loose, seized, snapped, or separating from the frame
- Screws working loose or falling out, and threads that will not hold
- Lens coating peeling, bubbling or clouding
- Lens delamination — layers separating within the lens
- Frame cracking or splitting where there has been no impact
- Arms or nose bridge failing at a moulded joint
- Colour or finish lifting off the frame in normal use
Not covered:
- Scratches, to the lenses or the frame
- Impact damage — dropped, sat on, stood on, closed in a car door
- Loss or theft
- Normal wear with age — loosening from opening and closing, fading in the sun
- Damage from solvents, sun cream, heat (left on a dashboard) or salt water that was not rinsed off
- Sunglasses that have been modified, or repaired by someone else
If your case sits somewhere between the two lists, write to us anyway. We would rather look at it than have you assume the answer.
This guarantee is given voluntarily by SOLFUL, in addition to your rights under consumer law. It does not affect or limit those rights in any way, including the statutory rights you have against the retailer who sold you the product.
